Problem/Motivation

Error: Call to a member function getClientArgs() on bool in Drupal\aws\AwsClientFactory->getClient() (line 43 of modules/contrib/aws/src/AwsClientFactory.php).

Steps to reproduce

Install the module using composer and enable.
composer require 'drupal/amazon_ses:^3.0'
