Remove section navigation

Maybe it would be useful to clarify what this is really about ? Is it the top tabs I mentioned on 🐛 Change records navigation is broken Active ?

Correct, the Drupal Core/Distributions/Modules/etc tabs on this page. And anywhere else the same style of tabs is used.

At minimum the active tab would be in the breadcrumb to replace this. We may need additional navigation to jump between project types.
