1) I have moved configuration to plugins
2) Refactored a bit AttachMediaToGroup to take into account new changes
3) Removed settings form and settings
4) Provided install update hook, which will transfer settings to pugin configuration
5) Add some tests, to check that media is correctly attach with this config -
