I think the response by @hestenet #13 → can be reviewed and possibly reworded to achieve desired nudge.

Another point that might help is encouraging them to a) upload an interdiff. b) verify previous patch by clicking test/retest.

Will assume for a second this isn’t malicious there may be confusion that if the last tests were for 9.4.x then it needs a 9.5.x patch.

I updated IS with some potential resources for language.

I have updated the doc from being placeholder copy to a first draft of a nudge.
