Show saved search keywords in views

Thanks a lot for suggesting this improvement, your patch looks almost perfect and works like a charm!
Just one question: Are you positive the update hook is needed? I just cleared the cache and the field appeared, so it seems to me like it isn’t.

OK, after more than half a year it’s to be expected that you don’t follow this issue anymore or cannot check whether the update hook was needed.
So, I just opted to merge this without further confirmation.
