Redis memory usage is too high

Problem/Motivation

I have setup this module and I've notice that it is taking up nearly 4GB of RAM usage on the Redis service. I'm not quite familiar with Redis, but is this expected? Is there anyway you manage to limit the RAM usage or some way of optimising this? Will appreciate any inputs thanks
