Typo in index name and double indexes

Problem/Motivation

When trying to attach a library to a block nothing happened and an error appeared in the console.
Fixing the index name led to the next problem: the saved value was not showing. This I could fix by removing some double indexes.

Steps to reproduce

Install version 2.0.2
Create a view and a block
Open the attach library window and try to save a value.

Proposed resolution

Fix index name / remove $-sign
Remove some double indexes
