The MR looks great; I'll try to get this into a stable d11-compatible release this week after some manual testing. Sorry it's taken this long.
Currently this module only provides an allowlist. This is great if you want to provide a short list of options to the editor. But sometimes it would be better to provide a block-list instead of an allow-list.
Use case 1:
There are many config options, but the site builder only wants to filter out a few, dangerous settings. While technically possible with an allow-list, it could become a tedious process if there are very many options and you have to select them all one by one.
Use case 2:
The site builder wants all new config instances to be available by default. This is currently not possible, you have to change every field after adding a new config.
Add a boolean toogle "Include the selected types" / "Exclude the selected types"
This FR is inspired by the Paragraphs module, which has a this functionality (blocking or allowing paragraph bundles in the host ERR field settings)
