Ensure component hooks are prefixed by provider

This will prevent errors with re-declared functions when two components with the same machine name are on the same request.

As a side effect, it will make copying & pasting a component a bit more complex. This is because devs will need to change the extension name in the component hooks.

There should be an error explaining the fix when a component hook is not using the correct provider.
