Doesn't work

I installed and enabled module, downloaded SplideJS library, created custom block, uploaded images etc. etc. I completed all the steps in your instructions, but I only see the blank space in the region where the images supposed to be. I tried using different themes including core Olivero, different regions (Slideshow, Highlighted, content) and every time I get only white space in that region. I also tried a few different settings (Effect: fade, slide, Autoplay: true/false etc.). Nothing helped.

I also noticed that your README.txt file is for a different module - Imagefield Slideshow
I'm using Drupal core 9.4.7
