Enable auto ads from configuration /admin/config/services/adsense/managed, see errors in browser developer console

Only add script tag <script async="" src="https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca..." crossorigin="anonymous"></script> don't do add scripting, let google do it

Remove the code which injects the additional <script> tags let google do it
