"Security update required" message despite I am using the latest version

Problem/Motivation

I installed the module 'php' with version 1.1. Now, the core Drupal Requirement for that is '9.4.6' which I already have updated to. However, it still shows me an error as "Security update required!". I tried to install and re-install the module with every possible variation and yet the error remains.

Despite the fact that the Installed Version is same as that of asked version of module and that there are no pending updates on Core or for that matter on any other module, I am still facing the same error message. Even drush, when asked for updates, states that "Nothing to install, update or remove" and yet I see this error in admin section or console. Any suggestions ??
