Get consent from URL parameter

Obtain cookie consent via URL parameter. By adding 'CookieContentBlockerCookieAccepted' as a parameter the content will be unblocked. The value does not need to be set, as it only looks if 'CookieContentBlockerCookieAccepted' is set and accepts that as true.
