Currently in tests the RabbitmqServiceProvider is executed, however settings for RabbitMQ are not yet set so the code becomes a defacto no-op.
Ensure that RabbitmqServiceProvider is called after settings have been applied.
Add tests for the queue.rabbitmq.default and rabbitmq.connection.factory.default services.
Add any other necessary tests to validate RabbitmqServiceProvider
