Contact Form is not working

Hello,

I am new to Drupal. I am using Drupal 9, I am unsure why I wasn't able to select that version above when I made this post, so I apologize for that.

I setup the default Contact Form, and when I test it, all I get is a blank page stating
" The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. "

I am not sure where I can see any logs or anything to know what is really happening here. Does anyone have any ideas?
