Provide a CiviCRM contact composite element

Webform in Drupal 9 allows for the creation of composite elements which users can insert via the UI.

For a webform that might have a lot of contacts, it would be a big UI improvement to be able to select a few contact fields (name, gender, birth date, etc) and put them into a composite element. The composite element would appear as an editable table where each row is contact with their fields. And there's a button to Add and besides each a link to remove. I think the GUI we get for free.

A proof of concept would be to create a custom composite element and then have a custom webform handler to process the element (which is something I might do in the meanwhile).
