So is it possible to prepopulate an entity reference field and a text-list field in the node-create-form with a link in the sense of
/node/add/article?edit[field_ref_user]=123&edit[field_list]=red

All i wanted to do is take the "name" and "year" field values and put it in the "title" field as "Name (year)" format.
