Javascript errors on embedded forms, looks like NewRelic is adding an unescaped line break

Embed any form, sync and when the form is embedded, the JS error Uncaught SyntaxError: "" string literal contains an unescaped line break donate:32:580 can be seen.
I've asked FormAssembly front-line support for suggestions. We are also looking at rewriting the JS from the embed, and also trying to use their Copy HTML method into a vanilla page to see if it behaves better
Any suggestions or wisdom are much appreciated.
