Problem/Motivation

After upgrading the php version to 8.0 and navigating to admin/structure/types/manage/hcp-webform/entity-rules the site throws a fatal error and breaks.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use the entity_rules module for your site
2. Chnage the php version to 8.0
3. Navigate to admin/structure/types/manage/hcp-webform/entity-rules

Proposed resolution

I have created a patch for the same. Kindly check it.

Patch #1 resolved the issue, however it broke the table layout.

Can we just return if the $form['settings'] is null?
