Requires unmaintained dependency; update composer.json to require drupal/facets ^2

Problem/Motivation

Current composer.json:

but https://www.drupal.org/project/facets → says the 1.x branch is no longer maintained. You must use the 2.x branch.

Proposed resolution

Allow both ^1.8 (for supporting Drupal >=8) and ^2 (for Drupal >=9 and >=10).
