My client has given a requirement for us to send out tickets that are paid for. I have ticked the box in the Order Types for this to happen but for some reason no ticket is attached to the email.
I realise this may be down to a setting somewhere that I am not aware of.
Please could you provide any information as to what settings are required to attach a ticket to an email.
Emails are being sent out when a payment is recieved, but no ticket is attached.
Any help gladly recieved.
