/admin/config/simpleads/campaign/display page is giving site encounter error when the add to calendar module is installed in the site.

The Drupal version is 9.3.15
SimpleAds module version is 8.x-1.13

1. Enable SimpleAds and Add to calendar module
2. Navigate to /admin/config/simpleads/campaign/display path gives you site encounter error.
