Above patch fails when Drupal core version is 9.4.5 - which breaks the composer install
* Try to update Drupal core to 9.4.5 (from an older version) with Latest pantheon_decoupled_profile
* Use https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2022-06-17/1356276-688_0.patch → patch
