System status report page indicates an ECA token type does not have a token defined

I've looked into this and token info has no option to hide token types or tokens. However, to get rid of these warnings, we could define some (dummy)tokens for those types. They might even be empty, or we find some meaningful dummies, like e.g. info or version.

This MR defines a couple of dummy tokens, that never appear anywhere but they prevent the records from showing up on the status report.
