Video output via views produces "Uncaught ReferenceError: drupalSettings is not defined"

Problem/Motivation

For anonymous users media output via core views produces JavaScript error "Uncaught ReferenceError: drupalSettings is not defined". As a result, gdpr_video.js is not loaded, the video remain invisible and consent layer and consent button are not assigned.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a media element of type "remote video"
• Create a view with media
• Show views output logged in: All works fine
• Show views output logged out: Video is missing

Proposed resolution

Add the 'core/drupal' dependency to the gdpr_video.libraries.yml.
