Second level menus don't show. I've enabled Show as Expanded on Sub-menu1 and looked for a setting like "number of levels to show" which may have a default of 1. I sense the problem is with me, on this super theme!
Create a second level menu e.g e.g main navigation -> Sub-menu1 -> sub-menu2
