Currently Logs can either be marked as "done" or "pending". In some cases, you may have events that start as "pending" but then are never completed, for whatever reason (eg: a change in plans). The only option right now is to either delete the log or leave it as "pending" (which is no longer true). There may be value in preserving logs that do not happen and are no longer "pending" for historical reference.
Add a new abandoned state to Logs.

We've been discussing this in the forum, and consensus seems to have landed on calling it abandoned instead of canceled. Updating this issue accordingly...
