Patch #4 solved in my case
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 114688 bytes) in /code/web/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Database/StatementWrapper.php on line 294
Fresh Drupal 9 install with PHP 8 on Pantheon Hosting. This is the only module enabled. Enabling doesn't finish and I recieve this error:
