Getting errors while running the command "ddev composer require goalgorilla/open_social:11.4.0 -w" upgrade version to 11.4.0 via Composer.

Problem 1
- Root composer.json requires goalgorilla/open_social 11.4.0 -> satisfiable by goalgorilla/open_social[11.4.0].
- goalgorilla/open_social 11.4.0 requires drupal/core-recommended ~9.3.15 -> found drupal/core-recommended[9.3.15, ..., 9.3.x-dev] but the package is fixed to 9.2.21 (lock file version) by a partial update and that version does not match. Make sure you list it as an argument for the update command.
Use the option --with-all-dependencies (-W) to allow upgrades, downgrades and removals for packages currently locked to specific versions.

I updated my OpenSocial installation last week with the following statement:
ddev composer require drupal/core-recommended:~9.4.8 drupal/core-composer-scaffold:~9.4.8 drupal/core-project-message:~9.4.8 goalgorilla/open_social:~11.7.0 drush/drush:11 -W
I updated from version 10.3.
The update process finished successfully, but now it seems that PHP 8.1 cause some issues.
