Since upgrading a site with many thousands of users to version 8.x-1.70 last week, we are receiving support requests from a large number of users who could log in previously, but are now being blocked by the Spam Master firewall. Although it is possible that these users are accessing the site from shared IP addresses which are blacklisted somewhere, it does seem that there was a significant change to the frequency of this happening since the upgrade. We are having to consider uninstalling Spam Master due to the large number of genuine users who are being blocked.
Has anything changed and is there any setting we can change that might help? It seems the firewall option cannot be changed in the settings.
