Which version should I be using if the Date All Day submodule is enabled?

My site has the Date All Day submodule enabled and when the 7.x-2.11 version was released, there was the following in the release notes:

Warning: Do not install this update if the site has the "Date All Day" submodule installed, please wait until 7.x-2.12 is released.

Then when 7.x-2.12-rc1 was released, the following was in the release notes:

Sites which use the All-Day submodule should test the 7.x-3.x branch, which includes a major (and long overdue) rewrite of that subsystem.

I don't see anything in the release notes of 7.x-2.12 or 7.x-2.13 regarding the Date All Day submodule, so I'm not sure if I am safe to update to 7.x-2.13 or if I should to wait until a stable version of 7.x-3.0 is released.
