Send email action: cannot add multiple recipients

Problem/Motivation

When creating an action to send an email, it is not possible to add multiple recipients.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new model
2. Add the “Send email” action to the model
3. Attempt to add multiple email addresses to the “Recipient email address” text field in the form of “address1@example.com, address2@example.com”

Note that the help text for this field says to “separate recipients with a comma.”

4. Attempt to save the action

You should find that the following error message is presented:

“Enter a valid email address or use a token email address such as [node:author:mail].”
