I originally created this issue and there have been no other comments so closing. Either the OEmbed Providers → or Media Remote Audio → modules can be used.
Even though Spotify is an oEmbed provider, please consider adding Spotify so site builders don't have to install multiple modules to handle oEmbed vs. non-oEmbed.
