Repeated layouts are missing their children

When rendering, only the second layout's children are rendered.

If one were to add a third instance of the layout and then nest some items, the third would be the one that is rendered.

This issue persists on D10. I rollbacked the bricks.module to 2.0.3 file only and It's working fine now

I was unable to reproduce this with either 2.1.0 or 2.1.1.
