Remove patch from minifyhtml module because it has been already applied

Problem/Motivation

The patch on https://www.drupal.org/project/minifyhtml/issues/3230610 → has been committed to the module, and therefore there's an error when trying to upgrade the module

Steps to reproduce

Try to upgrade drupal/minifyhtml to the latest release. You'll get an error:

- Applying patches for drupal/minifyhtml
