Manage Form Display is 500 if drupal/paragraph is not installed.
Edit any Drupal Entity Form Display that uses field of type bricks. If drupal/paragraph is not installed this will result in 500 error:
'PHP message: Error: Class 'Drupal\\paragraphs\\Plugin\\Field\\FieldWidget\\ParagraphsWidget' not found
Add drupal/paragraph modules as required in composer.json
