When config is being imported, the Rokka stacks are being updated / deleted when their respective image style config is being imported. This is not needed since the config importer will take care of the Rokka stacks in due time.
Put a breakpoint in rokka_image_style_presave() and rokka_image_style_delete(), run a configuration import and observe how Rokka will needlessly update the Rokka stacks when the image styles are being imported.
Avoid updating the Rokka stacks when image style configuration is being imported.
