Taxonomy terms are not reset

Problem/Motivation

Hi, I've noticed that taxonomy terms are not reset (when they are initially set and reset after).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a node.
  2. Add relation to some taxonomy terms in this node.
  3. Export this node.
  4. Import this node.
  5. Update this node by resetting relation to previously selected taxonomy terms (empty this field).
  6. Export this node.
  7. Import this node.
  8. You should see that relation to initially selected taxonomy terms still appears.
