Deprecated function: openssl_free_key [PHP 8.0]

"Prior to PHP 8.0.0, this function was used to close the resource."

So... I think while PHP 7 is still in use with Drupal this patch is not right. The deprecated function call is harmless and still needed for PHP 7, so a better fix would be to at least still call it after checking PHP version.
