Layout Paragraphs Builder does not render Views blocks in a paragraph reference field

Here's how this can be reproduced:

• Page node displaying paragraphs using display format of Layout Paragraphs Builder (Experimental)
• When viewing the page node, click. "Edit Widgets" and place a paragraph that embeds a views block
• The views block does not render in the DOM. It is invisible
• Click "Save" for LPB
• Click "Close" for LPB
• Views block in paragraph renders properly
• Click "Edit Widgets"
• Views block disappears once again
• Click "Close" for LPB
• Views block in paragraph renders properly
