Meeting Notes

Venue - King Center

  • Ask for another classroom for Saturday and Sunday
  • Friday is being dropped from the schedule altogether
  • Continue to follow up with with policy on storage space
  • Continue to follow up on the COVID Policy

Sessions / Registration

  • Session submissions are officially closed and sessions have been chosen
  • Trainings have been moved to Sunday so that they can be marketed during Saturday sessions
  • Matthew to change the dates of the camp on Hopin

Keynote / Interview Selection

  • Dries is officially on board with and interview session
  • Reginé has a personal conflict and will not be able to attend – Drupal Colorado board Q&A will take keynotes place

Sponsorships

  • Fruition has a conflicting event and will not be able to sponsor
  • Pantheon interested in sponsoring – Philip to follow up with Joe
  • Elevated Third and Aten both have pending invoices for core sponsorships
  • Philip to follow up with Aten on Saturday after-party

Schedule

  • Reginé has a personal conflict and will not be able to attend – Drupal Colorado board Q&A will take keynotes place
  • Sessions have been selected and placed - pending King Center classroom additions
  • Philip to follow up with Aten on Saturday after-party

Marketing / Website

  • Philip to change the dates of the camp on the website
  • Training sessions need to be marketed a lot more in the next several weeks
  • Training registrations needs to be adde to the website
  • Add white space for name/info on the badges and follow up on amount of lanyards
  • T-shirt designs approved and will begin the printing process
  • Philip to look in the DCCO box for reference of signage and drive for templates of years past

Training

  • Janice to send emails about change of date for trainings to Sunday

Extra

  • Schedule more meetings for the coming weeks on Mondays and Fridays until the day of the camp
  • Matthew to follow up on power strips for all of the rooms
  • Philip to let Matthew know the amount of gaffers tape we currently have
  • Need to find room monitors for classrooms – Philip to test and put together list of instructions for speakers
  • John - Rosenthal boxes - donate to school after use
