I cannot install the theme and IU module

Hello.
My problem is that I cannot install this specific theme and also I cannot install the required module for that.
As you can see in the picture, I cannot check the checkbox to install it.
By the way I am using WAMP and Drupal 9.4.1

    The same problem, drupal 11.1.0
    iu_paragraphs module is not installed because the necessary modules for its installation do not support the core 11.1.0.

    Correct. IU Paragraphs have not been updated to D11 compatibility because of the dependencies. This has been noted elsewhere on this issue queue.

    I've made IU Paragraphs D11 compatible, but please note, this theme is no longer supported. Please use the Rivet theme instead.
