add request header to accommodate taxjar upgrade

Problem/Motivation

This is a friendly reminder to upgrade to the 2022 version of the TaxJar API before August 31, 2022. Please follow the steps below to upgrade now and add logic to address validation errors:
Step 1 - Upgrade your API integration:
For custom API integrations:
• Pass the following HTTP request header for your custom TaxJar API integration:
o Code: "x-api-version: 2022-01-24"
• More detailed instructions for passing a new API version can be found here.
For out of the box API integrations:
• Update your official TaxJar integration to the latest version, which includes:
o Magento 2: v1.6.1 or later (guide, download link)
o NetSuite: v2.3.0 or later (guide)
o WooCommerce: v3.2.5 or later (download link)
Step 2 - Add Logic:
Review our Knowledge Base (KB) article, which outlines how to add logic to address validation errors.

Why upgrade now
While we will automatically upgrade you to the new API version on August 31st, failing to take the steps listed above will lead to rejected transactions that fail data validation and inaccurate reporting and filing. You will then be required to fix and backfill missing transactions. Upgrading your API version and adding logic now allows you time for testing and prevents any service interruptions.
