Steps performed during review of the patch provided in #2:
1. Took clone of the issue fork
2. Executed PHPCS command
3. Before patch "File appears to be minified" error was coming
4. Downloaded and Applied the patch
5. Patch was applied smoothly
6. Re-executed PHPCS command
7. "File appears to be minified" issue has been resolved.
