Same here. Clean site setup D9.5.2, DXPR theme with bootstrap 5, no other menu systems.
Cant see the mega menu block in the block layout settings at all? No TB Mega Menu category showing.
Added a new Mega Menu, could not find the corresponding block to add to the block layout.
Please see images attached below.
I have cleared my cache. Can someone help identify the issue here? Thank you.
