Recurly singup plan form at validation throwing "undefined" message

Problem/Motivation

The problem is in recurly signup plan form at the time of validation getting message "undefined".

Steps to reproduce

1. Inside the payment information page, filled only the name and card details.
2. click on the purchase button.
3. now getting the validation error including the vat at the top of the form

Proposed resolution

Need to add fields name to show the exact field name and at the time of validation instead of showing undefined.
