I need different templates for each action send email.
How can I achieve this?

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
To use different email templates for each action in Business Rules with DSM+, create separate rules per action and assign a unique template path in each "Send email (DSM+)" action.
