Argument 2 ($code) is 'error' of type 'error' but \Exception::__construct() takes int

Thanks for working on this. The WATCHDOG_ERROR constant was not meant for usage with the Exception class, instead it is for watchdog() calls severity.

I have seen there are multiple usages of WATCHDOG_ERROR in the google.inc, introduced by #2954088: Requests are sent to Geocoding API even no key/client ID has been provided → , but we should not add others. I think we should just remove the second parameter entirely, as it is optional anyway. We can (probably) create a follow-up issue to remove other usages of WATCHDOG_ERROR in Exception calls as well.
