Hi, can you calculate wholesale price automatically with this module?

Will it work with Drupal 9? I want to make price for wholesale users 1/3 of the normal retail price.
I could do that with module in Drupal 7 easy but having hard time doing this with drupal 9.

Also can you increae the price in the cart for the product based on attribute.
For example if the users selects XL instead of small size the price automatically increases for +4 usd?
