When configuring Better Messages on a clean Drupal 9.4.0 install, it throws the following error: "Notice: Undefined index: jquery_ui in Drupal\better_messages\Form\BetterMessagesSettingsForm->buildForm() (line 236 of C:\xampp\htdocs\dr9_test\modules\contrib\better_messages\src\Form\BetterMessagesSettingsForm.php)".
Short-term: Include drupal/jquery_ui as a dependency when installing module.
Long-term: remove dependency on jquery_ui (deprecated in Drupal core)
